Regular internet drop when downloading

It all started about 3-4 months ago. When im downloading files every few minutes, my internet (using LAN cable) would drop to 0 for 30secs to 1 min, then it will go back to normal then after few mins, it dropped to 0 again then back to normal again.the cycle contiunes i finish all download. I tried sometips on the internet but none of it worked. So maybe some of you have another tips for me to try, I'd be very thankful.

Hi,
The download speed drops to 0 but the Internet access is fine, yes?
If so I would say to check the disk activity of the device where QBT is running. This is typical to a memory flush to disk and the most obvious way to check is the queue depth of the concerned drive.
You can see i ton windows by launching "Resource monitor" (or in cli "%windir%\system32\perfmon.exe /res". Select the Disk blade, storage section.
The "disk queue lenght" hitting 1 for a single drive is an hint.Launch a download and check the numbers
