I still see that the longer qB is running, the more it slows down/hangs/freezes - doesn't crash, but gets VERY slow to respond. Almost like I have to re-start it every 24hrs or so.

qB 4.3.8 Memory Usage
Re: qB 4.3.8 Memory Usage
Getting to the bottom of the problem...
There may be more than a memory "leak" here.
Use Windows Task Manager to check GDI Objects, User Objects, Handles (tend to be on a per open file basis), and lastly Threads that qBitTorrent is using.
qBitTorrent may be going bonkers after a few hours on all those.

Ok, so searching in Task Manager - I'm not seeing ANY of those items. In Process Explorer I CAN see THREADS, but that's it. TM Resource Monitor and Process Explorer both show the same # of THREADS ~30+/-.

At least under windows 7, under Windows Task Manager, you can turn on extra columns to track various changes/values/features for each .EXE running.
While the Processes tab is selected, up top I click on View (next to File and Options), then Select Columns.
There's a LOT of optional items you could add to keep track of changes -- 7 just for Memory alone.
