Problem with the webUI

I have installed qbittorrent-nox on my Ubuntu 10 server. When i try to connect to qbittorrent throught the browser "http://localhost:8080 I got connection error.
I cannot explain the error because i passthrough the port on my router.

Can someone help me on this issue?

Do I need to install apache first? (or qbittorrent has is own web server)

As I know qB does not need apache.

Maybe iptables issue?
