I just uninstalled ktorrent (running ubuntu 10.10) i uninstalled using the GUI, ubuntu software manager.
Installed qbittorrent, everything works fine EXCEPT webui.
set it up to replace my ktorrent client and webui.
Attempting to connect via firefox to localhost:8080 yeilds a 404 error and the following message:
The requested file /usr/share/kde4/apps/ktorrent/www//mobile/login.html was not found !
any ideas?
PS: Apologies in advance for my english.
EDIT: Solved
1)created root account
2)logged in as root
3) searched filesystem for all ktorrent related files and deleted them
4) logged out of root, back in as regular user.
5)PROFIT!
