qBittorrent official forums

I recently started using sonarr, but when it adds torrents to my client they do not download.  The torrents are added as "downloading", and all the information in the chart at the bottom is correct. If I add the same torrent manually or right click copy magnet link from the torrent added by sonar the download works normally.  I asked in the sonarr forums and they seem to think its a problem on the qbt end.  Anyone have any ideas whats happening?  I made sure the folders have permissions set for read and write for all users.

System info:
Ubuntu Server 18.04
qBittorrent-Nox 4.0.3
Mono 5.10.1.47

Done.  I seem to be getting the same result though. I forgot to add in the op that the error was happening on v3.3.7 as well.

Last time I Checked (=Sunday) the "Stable" repository, I still got version 4.0.4.
If I tried the "Unstable" repository I got version 4.2.0.alpha

Shouldn't "Stable" repository result in version 4.1.0

The above is from Ubuntu 16.04..

Still not working, if anyone else has any ideas?
