The new version is recommended since it appears to fix the bug that when qBittorrent was restarted all partial downloads were reported as Missing Files and lost. This bug appears to be related to libtorrent 1.2.2 but since I have not seen any other reports this could be a quirk of my port.
I will attempt a port to CentOS 7.7 shortly. Please check the website.
