Server indicated failure

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to install qbittorrent-nox on debian 10, and I can't get past the first step:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable
Packages for the stable series of qBittorrent

I also tried with unstable. Any other way to add the key?
