Keep getting cut files

I keep getting cut files from sonarr.. 80mb > 300mb. I run qBitTorrent 4.1.9 and latest sonarr ..
I suspect it to be my bash script that is set to run on torrent completion. (Maybe it runs all directories upon one completion)... https://pastebin.com/9L4492EJ is my bash script..
Does it run all *.rar files in my Download folder?
Or only for completed torrents?
