how restart remote web client ?

Hi
I am running qbit on Asustor NAS.
When I do exit from qbit > after that remote web access is lost.
How can I restart this web listening service ?
What is standard procedure for this ? because there is no qbit service defined in the gui.
How can I restart it from cmd line ?
