Script to set upload limit per tracker

I'm trying and failing as I'm not a coder to write a simple script to set the upload limit of torrents by tracker e.g. in a script I can run via cron, for:
- tracker1.com set upload limit to 1000
- tracker2.com to 2000
- tracker3.com to 200 etc etc. etc
Can anyone help please? It doesn't have to be fancy e.g. I'll be happy with each tracker processed one at a time, rather than a clever way to process altogether - I'm just desperate to get this done after spending a morning trying and failing to figure out the API myself as a challenge.
