Qbittorrent-nox permission issue

Hi all,
I'm going crazy with a permission issue that make my qbittorrent unable to download in temp folder or delete torrent from watcher.
But qbittorrent user belongs to a media group with full permission (rwx) on the root folder (/Media/Qbittorrent/[downloaded|temp|torrent|watcher]).
I just don't know what I'm missing so any help would be greatly appreciated.
