How to add search engine plugin?

Good afternoon, I am a QNAP NAS user.
I used QPKG version of qBittorrent more than half year. Recently, it was abnormal and I needed to reinstall it again.
After uninstallation and installation of new version of qBittorrent, I can not use search feature because I can't update / add the search engine.
I did try to install different versions of qBittorrent but I had no way to add any search engine. Is there anything wrong with my NAS?
Can someone teach me how to fix it?
