qBittorrent use lots of RAM on Ubuntu 20.10

My qBitTorrent on Ubuntu 20.10 uses about 368M - 428M. Is that normal? Even the windows version only uses 2.2M.
QBT and libtorrent version?
what about the disk cache setting and the speed of the storage where you write the torrent?
(slow writes inflate memory staging of the QBT process)
