magnet links to different directories remotely - Almost!

Using Qbittorrent's categories and Torrent Clipper chrome extension I am able to right click on a magnet link and send the magnet to start downloading to the directory of my choice on my remote qbittorrent.    However the "Labels" in Torrent clipper doesn't save!!!  Arrghh!  Being able to send magnets to different directories remotely is what keeps me from switching to Qbittorrent.

I left a message to the developer for a way to fix this.  My searches hasn't turned up anyway of satisfying my desire....    If there is a way to send magnets to selected directories remotely through qbittorrent.... I am missing it.

This works for Firefox and "Torrent Clipper" is the fork of that, so it'll probably be fixed soon on Chrome.    I guess I'm a qbittorrent user now :-)  I noted I asked this question in 2015 in my history.

I'll use this post as my blog I guess and try to see if there are any other people interested in this issue as well as inform how I'm currently doing the topic of this post.

I'm currently using "Remote Torrent Adder" in Chrome as a way of sending a magnet link download to a selected directory in my remote client.  It uses a left click though with a menu that pops up rather than a right click.  I prefer a right click and picking my directory I want to dl to but "torrent clipper" is not currently working in Chrome the way "Torrent Control" is working in Firefox and I'm too invested in Chrome and don't really want to switch to Firefox.

Remote Torrent Adder needs some of the security settings in "WebUI" turned off to work appropriately with the latest version of Qbittorrent.  I'll switch to "Torrent Clipper" if it ever gets developed like it's fork "Torrent Control" but it may not get developed.

My favorite method in the past was using "Utorrent Easy Client" chrome extension but it was only developed for Transmission and Utorrent.  But it had a screen that that showed the downloading torrents if you hovered your mouse over the extension as well as being able to right click on magnet links to send to the directory of your choice in a remote client.  I wish this https://github.com/nosmokingbandit/QBittorrent-Chrome extension would have been developed more and you can load it in developer mode in Chrome but it doesn't have select directory options.

Torrent Clipper seems to work in Chrome now with version 0.2.9.  You can right click on a magnet and send to the directory of your choice on your remote qbittorrent client.  So now there is a left or right click option of sending magnet links to your remote client depending on your preferences.  (Remote torrent adder or Torrent Clipper)
