ipv6 configuration still broken in advanced options

The description says 'Listen on ipv6 address (requires restart)' now most people would interpret this as listen on ipv4 and ipv6. But it's not what it does. It means that it listens on just ipv6. Selecting the network interface and setting optional ip addresses to bind to all addresses actually makes it listen on all ipv4 and ipv6 addresses of this device.
Why not rename these options to make them more unambiguous for most people?
Like a 'listen on ipv4 only', 'listen on ipv6 only', 'listen on ipv4 and ipv6' drop down box*
