I wanted to know how this works, because I noticed that my download suffers after I set my upload to lower value. Also I was curious if my ratio being 0,15 has any impact to my speed? Is this thing specific to qBittorrent or every torrent program has it without exception? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

How low did you set? And what is your max upload speed?\
