Misleading changelog for 4.2.1

The change logs for the 4.2.1 version of qBittorrent are mentioning the removal of "extra setting for Listen on IPv6 address". Does this mean the client is now unable to listen on IPv6 addresses?
I know this problem has already been reported in a somewhat related thread months ago, this feature was misleading.
Could you precise whether the 4.2.1 client is still able to:

- listen on IPv4 AND IPv6 dual stack network
- and listen on IPv6 only networks?
