status is delayed

Hello,
tomorrow in teh morning my qbittorent doenst download anymore. The status of the torrents switched to delayed. Where is the problem here? i ´ve restartet qbittorrent / PC / reintsall the newest version . what can i do?

UPnp/NAT-PMP in qtorrent and Router enabled!

Just simply set up static port forwarding and do NOT rely on UPnP.

I hoped this will solve the Problem of the Statusmessage"delayed"
I never seen this in qtorrent in the passed.
Why /When do I have the delayed status?
