There is not a Torrent Creator entry under the Tools menu, from the Web UI.
In my case, I only see Tools menu items Options and Register to handle magnet links.

Various web pages on line suggest the Torrent Creator should be available. Here is one example https://www.pcsteps.com/1107-create-tor ... ittorrent/.

The torrent creator tool is currently not available via WebUI. If you have shell access to the machine you're hosting the WebUI from and want to create torrents with it, consider using a standard tool for this purpose, such as mktorrent
