How do you reduce CPU & disk transactions number in qbittorrent?

How to reduce qBittorrent CPU usage and number of disk operations per second (sequential is not the problem, but transactions number is i think).
While i want to keep maximum upload slots.
View/Statistics tab shows:
Queued I/O jobs: ~20
Average time in queue: 41 seconds
Read cache hits: 35%, 255MB total buffer
buffer watermarks i asked in this topic

HDD compression
defragmenting the drive
updating drivers
trying default buffer/cache kind of Advanced Options parameters.
enabling Coalesce reads & writes and related Advanced Options
disable/enable pre-allocating of the disk space for downloaded files
