Cannot Download - BT 3.3.6 on OSX 10.11.6

Search loads my target torrents but nothing I select will download. I see no activity at all when I push download button.

Replaced application.
Replaced preferences.
Checked network connection although search works.
Ran full diagnostics on Mac.
Tried it both with VPN and unprotected no difference.
