Restart download of ALL items !

Hi
qBitorrent crashed on my iMac. And blocked it. Extremely rare case where I had to put the physical button off ! Anyway ....
now that I restarted it I have ALL my previous torrent that are queuing for being downloaded whilst I have them fully downloaded and they are market as such in the "completed on" column ...
What can I do to restore all that without deleting all the trackers which would obviously penalize my ratio and not be very nice with people looking for movies I have ...

Hello, looks like this is not authorized yet.
As however some might face the same issue, I hope it will be as well as what I found.
I am doing a force recheck as I found this trick on another site and it actually works. I takes a long time as it does it one by one and even with a very high speed connection, with the number of torrents I have ...
