Seed 0(1) means what exactly for a file that is seeding

I have many files with status Seeding where the Seed column shows 0(1) and availability is 1.000.

I assume, but don't see it documented, that I am the only one seeding this file? Or that is what the tracker thinks. The reason I ask is that in the Peers column the number in brackets is far higher mostly in the hundreds. i.e. 0(295)

I ask because I would like to keep seeding these if I am the only source of the file at this point.
