Big Sur Permissions

I have to approve incoming connections for some reason. I have gone into System Preference::Security & Privacy::Firewall and have everything set to green including:
qBittorrent 5.3.5.app (what I have named the latest version)
org.qbittorrent.qBittorrent
I still get this dialog box. How can I turn it off?
