it feal like MacOS Bigsur have a connection limitation how to trun it up

HI after I upgrade to bigsur, My qbittrorrent can stall easily.
when download or uploading the whole app can stall, no speed at all.
same goes for my docker app, must close the app and restart.
i don't know is there anywhy to increase the max tcp connection?
i decreased connection per torrent now it can download things stablelly.
or its a problem of something else?
