Here is qBittorrent 3.1.9.1 built with MSVC 2008 express.

3.1.9.1 link-> http://sourceforge.net/projects/qbittor ... e/download
Changelog: http://www.qbittorrent.org/news.php

Libraries's version used:
Libtorrent: 0.16.16+svn
Qt: 4.8.5
Boost: 1.55.0

This uses the latest OpenSSL (1.0.1g) which fixes the heartbleed bug. This would affect the WebUI if you had enabled HTTPS/SSL access. You better issue new keys/certs.

qBittorrent v3.1.9.2 was released.
- OTHER: The v3.1.9.1 Windows build was broken

qBittorrent v3.1.9.1 was released.
- OTHER: This is an excuse to produce new builds with an OpenSSL version that isn't affected by the heartbleed bug for Windows and Mac. This bug should only affect the WebUI and only if HTTPS/SSL authentication was enabled.

Thanks again sledge.

Thanks again for all your hard work, Sledge.
It's much appreciated! :)

I've mentioned this before, so I don't want to nag too much about it..
But I really don't think that you should keep on using the libtorrent SVN all the time.
..At least not for STABLE versions of qBittorrent, because sooner or later we're bound to run into problems like the one in v3.1.9.1.
The way I see it, using the SVN really turns qBittorrent into a beta version.

I second this proposition. It's well worth considering. The libtorrent SVNs have caused way too many problems so far. Stability should be a priority.

Just my 2¢.

Yes, I could stay with the stable releases, but often svn contains important fixes. Keep in mind that I used the stable series branch and not the trunk. One downside is that possible buggy commits make it into the next stable release and bite us in the ass when use them for ours...

Anyway, I'll use the last stable release unless svn contains important fixes next time.

I think it's the best possible solution.

Thanks a lot, sledge!

In that case, you could also maybe only backport the important fixes?

Thanks for all your good work.

I'm still getting minor memory leaks, pausing torrents, and crash-to-desktop errors with qBitTorrent v3.1.9.2
Slightly more details here:
