and looks like the other big problem I faced often ("torrent file not found" on some torrents with asian characters) has been fixed.  It was probably one of those two fixes above.  Is 3.0.6 also working for the others who posted about this?

@shank It was was issue #139. The reporter pinpointed where and how the problem occurred in his description and I was able to reproduce and fix it.

Hooray!  3.0.6 finally fixes both the RSS via HTTPS and cookies submission problems.  Upgraded from 2.9.7!
