Where does this dragon come from? Is it any comic or was there an anime or such? The way it looks at me... its devil-grinning. Is there any meaning related to this? It looks like a little psychopath to me

This little dragon is the mascot of qBittorrent. All the official graphics - the orb logo, the little dragon, the blue caption "qBittorrent" was created by Mateusz Tobo?a (the official graphics designer of the qB project). All this graphics content was available in the old qB wiki. Have not you seen the official site logo?

not meaning to spoil the mood or anything, but for me, this little dragon is really wasting the image. I found it ugly and childish, the silhouet isn't clear... clearly the work of an beginner... nothing wrong about that tho, it's just too bad.
It's all a question of taste so calm down and don't start flaming at me for giving my opinion.

If you know the history of qBittorrent (you clearly don't) you would know that the dragon is an important symbol of this client. It hasn't changed much since the first releases. Sure it probably looks a bit old and outdated it will be updated soon into a more modern design and look hopefully.
Your opinion is welcome, I don't know why you are posting like you're scared that we will flame you. Maybe cause you are a bit rough which could be said in a more respectful way to the original author. Calling someone a beginner doesn't make you an expert after all. And thats my opinion.
