FORUM FEATURE - chat plugin

Post by Peter »

Just because mine is the only message there...
Do you guys see it as well? Can you post in it?
(Every user should be able to use it.)

Though, don't spam it, that's not what I asked for. :)
Spam as in.. spam, real spam. You can talk about anything, as much as you want, as long as you want.

There is a planned feature for private rooms. I will update the mod if that comes out so you can have that too.

I have the following glitches however. (i will make a test user and check if they can see / write.)

Update: yeah, every registered user can write/read.

Is there a way for users to hide or remove it? I can't find it in the settings and there's no "arrow" to collapse it like on the other topic headings.

May I ask why you want it to remove/hide?

It's not something I would ever use and...

I navigate pages using the scroll wheel on my mouse. The chat box impedes my ability to do so. The mouse cursor gets *stuck* in there and the only way to navigate is to move to the edge, above or below... In a nutshell, it's a personal preference.  :)

I will look into the addon and it's code.
But the whitelist plugin's text is first on my list now.

(And well, job before that.)
But don't worry,  I will add a hide to it. (Well, I hope I will be able to do so.)
