I'm a newbie to Qbittorrent.  I got tired of the issues closing utorrent.

Not possible here, we are not releasing anything that needs seeds.

Nemo put it nicely... this is a forum for/about the product, not a place for piracy.
Also, let's say I want torrent X, from tracker Z. The chances that someone here randomly having the same file, at the same tracker... would be minuscule. :-/

Even if the torrents in question aren't piracy, the only ones that are remotely related to qBitTorrent might be Linux distro torrents useful for qBitTorrent speed+connectivity testing.
