qBitorrent 3.2.0, Windows 7 64 bit
If I exit out of the program from the system tray, then double click on my desktop shortcut, the program sometimes does not open, just get the spinning wheel for about 10 seconds, nothing in task manager. Double click the icon again and it starts up everytime.
Downgrading back to 3.1.12 and fixed.
Hang on startup, after exit.
