1a) Portable? No
1b) "something remain in the host PC?" No idea what you mean, unless "remain in" means "installed on"

2) No, Currently, the operating system has to 'know' the path to the python interpreter.

..and again, we get a false positive from avast!
For v3.2.4, the EXE in both 7Z archives and the Qt5 installer gets flagged as "Win64:Evo-gen [Susp]".
I've just reported it.

EDIT:
Got this answer from avast! support:
thank you for your submission. Will be fixed in next VPS update.

does this unofficial 64bit build work on private trackers without any problem? does it report properly on trackers?

Im having a weird crash when a certain torrent starts downloading as reported here when using the official build from sledge but don't have it while using your build from v3.2.4 (using the Qt5 build). Also didn't occur with sledge's beta build from v3.3.0. Makes me wonder if it has to do with libtorrent 1.0.7 maybe.

is it just me or 3.2.4 x64 process is using more RAM over time?
With 3.2.3 average usage was 200-300 mb when seeding several hundreds of KiB/s and no downloads.
With 3.2.4 after 1-2 days usage is 1.1 GiB and it is not going down.

While seeding only you could try to disable the OS cache in the advanced settings.

What it does when disabled:
This could prevent some issues with Windows' users where they seed many files and the RAM seems to always increase inadvertently.

OS cache was turned off first time I installed qb.
Again, I noticed such behavior only in 3.2.4. After 5 days qb is using almost 2GiB while slowly seeding 1-2 torrents (at the moment I checked).
3.2.3 was running up to one week and memory consumption was going down to a few hundred megs after download and initial seeding.

My write cache is 2600 MiB. So, maybe there is a leak in it?
