[wishlist] Download LEAST available first. #3784

as of 3.2.3 there are three options for downloads:
1) Default
2) Download in sequential order
3) Download first and last piece first

I have searched the wishlist and known features and do not find a way to "download least available (pieces) first"

so a 4th option is what I am requesting. I am unsure if this is an application or protocol, limitation.

This is the protocol default downloading strategy

It's a shame strict super seeding cannot be enabled for only 1 torrent at a time instead of all-or-nothing in advanced settings.
