recovering .torrent files from backup folder

I've been using the "Copy .torrent files to" option to backup my .torrent files to my backup drive.  Unfortunately my backup drive failed and I lost my .torrent files, but all my actual downloaded files are intact.
The BT_backup folder in appdata contains the .torrent files I want, but all of the .torrent files have info hashes as their names.  Is there a way to change the names of these files to their "proper" names instead of the info hashes? or is there a way to remake the copies of the .torrent files from my torrent list in qBittorrent?

Probably the easiest solution is to load those .torrent files into uTorrent.
You can find human readable .torrent files in %appdata%\uTorrent .
