qbittorrent-nox version

Post by TheGiolly »

Hi, I installed qbittorrent-nox on my Raspberry running Raspbian Stretch Lite using apt-get install qbittorrent-nox.
It installed the 3.3.7 version, is this the latest one?
Is it normale that it isn't the same version as the "GUI variant"?
Thanks in advance

Raspbian may not have latest version check wiki if you want latest version

So should I compile it by myself to get the latest version?
I used this wiki to install it https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/Setting-up-qBittorrent-on-Ubuntu-server-as-daemon-with-Web-interface-(15.04-and-newer)

Just a question... can't you just simply use pbuilder?

Sorry but I'm not that skilled with Linux.
I think I'll stick with the "official" build even if I would like to have a more updated version
