I recently restored from System Image, is there a way to relist all files?

Hi all, I recently had to restore from System Image, long story short I updated from Windows 10 1703 to 1903 but quickly discovered that with 1903 I can no longer use Nvidia display drivers newer than 425.31 without losing 3D Vision, so I was forced to revert to 1703 then update to 1809 v2, the last version that allows for modifying newer display drivers to support 3D Vision (currently on 436.02).

In the process, completely unbeknownst to me, Qbittorrent lost all progress on existing download.

I would like to relist all of my files, primarily for upload actually (I have a lot of files and I want to continue to share them with the community).

Is there a way to get Qbittorrent to recognize the files and re-upload them?

I know there is a rather long and convoluted way, as I mistakenly attempted to re-download a file I already had and it resulted in finding that file in the download folder and checking it. I mean I could do it that way but that's a lot of files.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!!
