Suggestion: settings to add Open Trackers

I want to suggest that it is possible to add automatically through a configuration Open Trackers. As an example, it is added to the list below automatically:

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80

udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80

udp://tracker.ccc.de:80

udp://tracker.istole.it:80

Maybe a new option at torrent creation like "Add well-known public and open trackers."

When we added Magnet Links and same torrent file. Sometimes the original tracker is off or null. So it is important to add the main function: open trackers!
URL of the list compatible with utorrent doesn't work, any suggestions of link that actually delivered more trackers???
