Utorrent has serious bugs in it which are never going to be fixed - such as extremely slow loading times, disk cache overloads, crashes, torrents becoming disassociated with the files that were downloaded, etc. They can't even be bothered to compile a 64 bit version of their program which utilizes more than 4GB of memory. I have 128GB of memory and paid very dearly for it, and I want a 64 bit program that will use it.
I found a utility that will migrate my Utorrent files into Qbittorrent, but before I do that, I want to back up my Qbittorrent database. WHERE IS IT?
I have thousands of torrents in my Utorrent database, and thousands in Qbittorrent. I don't want to have to rebuild those databases if the migration fails.
If it works, I will happily share that utility here - so that everybody stuck with Utorrent can migrate to Qbittorrent and be done with Utorrent forever.
