Serious Problem Removing My Downloading After Restarting the Program

If you choose the option "save the file under another location before fully saved", and reboot the program, the file would be moved into the final location! (I'm not sure about the name of that option, program must be reboot before I change the language!)
Well, It's actually made me mad because I would first save the file in an SSD and ave it to the HDD to avoid frequent magnet-track switching.
Yeah, everyone could fix this by avoid using this feature and replace the file manually. But…… This would kill me removing over numerous torrent!
Anyway, PLZ FIX THIS!!! THKS!
