I have thousands of torrents, and I would like to have a method of tagging WHICH files / movies I have viewed, and also to rank them as being good or bad.
I used to do this by changing the PRIORITY of the files - even though the files had completed transferring.
The problem is, with Qbittorrent, once the files have completed downloading, you can no longer change it's PRIORITY.
It would be very easy to allow the priority to be changed even after the file is downloaded, so that the priority setting could be used to indicate whether the video is good or bad or has been viewed.

On uTorrent, priority even works after you start seeding a torrent -- low priority ones get a smaller chunk of the total upload, assuming equal number of "decent" peers on them.
