Hello all.
Didn't find answers in www. I have 2 providers of 1 gigabit on different network physical cards. The qbit indicated the use of any network interface. As a result, the qbit does not add up the bandwidth of both providers, but balances between them, resulting in 1 gigabit. Windows 11 task manager shows this. How to achieve addition?
Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
This is normal.
What you need is a feature called "bonding". Either get a router that can do that, or you can use special software designed to do this. With a router, you will need an adequate router+cable+network card in your PC. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2.5GBASE-T_and_5GBASE-T )
The software to join connections - not sure if it's capable of 1+1gbps though:

(In my opinion the Windows adapter bridging might not work, but hey, not much to lose I suppose.)
Also, 2gbps is a LOT of IO. That is 250M/s. You will need either a very good SSD that simply won't throttle (cheap ones will always do), or you need a big 4-drive (at least, or 6) RAID10 array with possibly a RAID card, battery backup, and ram cache included to use those speeds. Most seedbox providers just jam a boatload of RAM into the servers and use RAM as cache + they use RAID0 with zero data safety.
On Windows you can also try using PrimoCache, it's a good software. With a RAID0 array + big RAM cache, you might be able to maintain speeds for a while. Maybe.

Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
This is abnormal. In version 4.50 with my two Internet two providers I have overall upload speed up to 180 Mb/sec without any additional programs and setting in Windows and in router. Some moments about my PC - CPU AMD 5950X, RTX4090, RAM 128Gb DDR4-3600, SSD Samsung 980 Pro 1Tb, 13 pcs WD 18Tb Server Black HDD, Eternet Converged Network Adapter X710-DA2 with February'23 firmware update, Windows 11 with all latest updates. All torrents are distributed proportionally to all hard drives. If previously I had 180 Mb/sec, then 250 Mb/s not a problem for my system. For now I see if select in settings of qbittorrent Any interface and Any IP address big freezing of qbittorrent but other programs work perfect. If select only one interface and one address ALL is OK. It's very strange. Previous version of qbittorrent can 1+1gbps, latest no.
Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
Installed verion for now is qBittorrent 4.5.2 Windows x64 (lt20 qt6)
Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
But my 180 Mb/sec was with updating to lt20 in the first beta of 4.5. Now you propose me to setup non lt20...
Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
Well, you can make an official report about this:
https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/issues
Please include every tiny bit of information about your setup because it is... unique, to say the least.
The 4.5.0 beta was built with: 2.0.8+git64817e0e87
The current version is built with: 2.0.8+git06f98369cb
But if you say this only broke between 4.5.1 and 4.5.2, then the changes happened between 2.0.8+gited3c8a920e (4.5.1) and 2.0.8+git06f98369cb (current). You can see library versions on the News page and in the beta post:

Re: Two Providers with 1Gbps each and no 2Gbps in qbittorrent
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fQ4htO ... sp=sharing As you can see without any programs outgoing speed is 171.8
