W11 Can u stop blocking files

hi all
when i try to delete on my PC some files downloaded from QBT it s blocked. i must go inside QBT to delete first and after i can delete them on my HD.

Can u stop blocking files please ?

I believe that is a Windows thing, as long as an active program is using a file, you can't delete it.
