RSS Smart Episode Filter setting does not work

I'd like to use the smart filter for shows where the "Ignore Subsquent Matches" is not suitable, as some uploaders release the latest episode 6 days late compared to others, which ruins the whole thing, as it won't match the new episode the next day.

By default, qBittorrent does not support the "01" format without season number, which I could go around by adding a filter, if it would work.

Options > RSS > RSS Smart Episode Filter > Filters

However, the above does not seem to be for just that, but, adding, removing, even clearing the whole list does not change how the Smart Episode Filter works. Rather seemse to be hardcoded to use whatever it shows on the tooltip, inside the RSS Downloader window.

What would be the purpose of that option then?
