3.1.3 will not open on OSW Maverick

I have run earlier versions of qBittorrent with success but deleted it to try a clean install and download Version 3.1.3. However, I cannot get it to actually open. It starts to open and then just freezes before it actually gets to the main interface.

Is anybody else having this problem? Any ideas for fixing it?

(did you try saving your profile and deleting the folder for settings/data?)
