That error is about Bittorrent, not about qBittorrent. You're running them both or using the same torrent on both clients. We don't help with other clients, sorry.

im not using bittorrent im only using qbittorent i already uninstalled bittorrent in my comp

I don't know, it says Bittorrent on the screenshot. Also that Resume file that it shows works with uTorrent or Bittorrent.

Nemo is right, this popup is about BitTorrent because the resume file or "resume.dat" is a file specific to BitTorrent and µTorrent. Are you sure that BitTorrent is not running in the background? Did you check your task manager to see if BitTorrent is listed when this popup appears?
