Not connecting to seeds

I am running 4.4.2 in Docker and it works great with popular torrents but for old/unpopular torrents which just have a few seeds, I am usually unable to connect to the last couple of seeds. I've been waiting weeks to connect with some seeds (my QBittorrent runs 24/7)
My ports are open (and tested), and everything that could encourage more traffic is selected (encrypted allowed, TCP+µTP, DHT, PeX, etc)
Any ideas why I can't connect to these seeds?
