Port forwarding with Surfshark vpn

From what I understand, port forwarding is a plug & play connection straight to my router. I use Surfshark VPN and Qbittorrent. If port forwarding is on, will this leak my real IP address? Does port forwarding by pass my vpn anonymity? Can my isp see my qbittorrent activity when my Surfshark app is running on my PC & port forwarding is turned on in Qbittorrent?
