Download order removed in 4.4.3.1?

Sooo, was the ability or order downloads removed in the/a recent update?
You used to be able to order downloads so that if I had, for example, a download limit of 3 active downloads at a time, i could order them in the order I wanted each torren to download in.
Googling hasn't been able to find anyone else who misses this feature, and looking through recent changelogs hasn't mentioned anything that I could find...
