QBT 4.4.3.1 & macOS 12.4 Network Lockup

So like many in here, 4.3.9 seems to still be the best choice to run, it all runs smoothly.
I tried again today, to install the latest 4.4.3.1 and it's still glitching with a network share. I use a Synology NAS,I have a mapped directory to download/share from my MacBook Pro, any new torrent I try to get started to this share, QBT locks up, forever spinning beachball, requiring force quit. It initially creates the Folder/Sub-Folders and all the contained file names, but never actually starts downloading the data before it hangs, AFAIK. So I have to go back down to 4.3.9 where it all works perfectly.
