download queued, won't start, force resume does

Hello after recent windows update, subsequent update to V4.3.0.1,download does not start after queued.
right click item, Force resume starts and completes the download.
Checked faq, please advise!

Hi,
May you please confirm the version? the last one is higher than 4.3.X you mentioned.
Does the log tab mention any error?
Possible to update to the last version if it was not a typo?
The queue is not enabled by default but you may have changed it for your usage. Disabling the managed mode change the behaviour?

I'm having the same issue after redoing my computer & I'm on 4.5.0 on Win 7 Pro

And what's the status? Just Stalled?
Maybe you are hitting torrent limits, you enabled in Settings?
(Settings -> Bittorrent -> Torrent qeueing)

I just checked that Peter. I have 25 downloads & I set my max to like 39.
None are downloading, & I don't even think my uploads are seeding.
This is all since I changed my computer & your new update came out, so it's one or the other or a combo of both.

Can someone fix this please.
If I force it to resume, then it goes past my max ratio & I have to click on "resume" to get it to stop seeding.
If I do that BEFORE it hits the max ratio, it goes back into Que mode.
Every time I add a new torrent it goes into Que mode.
